Database Window Choices Saved (6.1)

The items selected on each tab of the Database Window, including the sort column, are saved to the registry and reset when you reenter the database.

Saves 2 Prior Formats on Disk (6.1)

Three copies of each format are now saved to disk, the current version, and the two previous versions of each format: Views, Queries, Macros, DataChanges, Reports, and Database Settings.

Security: Manage Users (6.1)

Messages and lockouts can be sent to users through the Manage User facilities.   A list box  with Idle Time in minutes since the last update to the database, User Name, Group Name, and whether or not the database was connected to through ADBM or another program.  External users will be listed but greyed because they cannot have messages sent to or locked out.

Refresh, refreshes the screen allowing the administrative user the ability to see who is in the database at any given time.

Check All, Uncheck All Checks or unchecks all users listed.  Your name will be grayed as you cannot lockout or send a message to yourself. Users chan be checked individually under idle Time. 

Lockout users immediately sends a Message and a lockout to the checked users.  The default message is in two parts.  You will want to delete the part of the message you do not wish to send before you send any message or lockout any users.

Send Message sends a message that will be delivered within a minute to the user.

Internal Macros Format (6.2)

The Export and Import of Internal Macros now use a meaningful name for the macro, instead of the internal coded name.

Pack Tables List (6.2)

Provides a check box list of all tables to allow selection of tables to be packed.  Gives table size and record count.

Table Lists Alpha Order (6.2)

The list of tables is now sorted alphabetically in all the places that display a list of tables, such as the Table Field List, DataChange formats, and report formats.

Double-click Macro (6.2)

Each control in a view can have it's own double-click macro.  This is a macro that runs when the user double-clicks the control with the left mouse button.  This feature works in all the view modes, including find record mode.
